LITTLE EXPLORERS PROGRAM

Family – Learning – Faith – Community

A 9-Week Learning Adventure Designed for
Curious Little Minds Ages 2–5.

A&B LEARNING COMMUNITY

We embrace a values-based approach inspired by faith, introducing children to core principles such as gratitude, kindness, respect, and other essential values important for their formation, including an awareness of God in a natural and age-appropriate way.

GROW, PLAY, AND LEARN WITH OUR 15-WEEK PRESCHOOL PROGRAM!

Our Little Explorers Program gives preschoolers
(ages 2–5) the perfect balance of play, structure,
and creativity. Parents stay and participate
alongside their children, making every session a
shared experience. We are not a drop-off
program. We learn, play, and explore together.

As a family-centered co-op, we believe in shared
learning. Occasionally, we’ll invite parents to help
with storytelling, reading circles, or hands-on
activities. These small contributions make our
program richer and help build a true sense of
community

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

What is A&B Learning Community?

A&B Learning Community is a family-centered homeschool co-op focused on early childhood education through structured learning, play, nature, and values-based experiences in a warm, collaborative environment.

Is this a playgroup or a structured program

Our program goes beyond a simple playdate. We follow an organized structure with guided activities, circle time, story reading, themed learning, and intentional play aligned with early childhood development.

What ages do you accept?

We are currently starting with children ages 2 to 5 years old. Our vision is to continue growing into higher grades as our community develops.

Is this a drop-off program?

No. A&B Learning Community is a true co-op. Parents are always present and actively involved with their children during classes. We believe in shared responsibility and collaborative learning.

Are you a faith-based program?

While we are not a secular program, we also do not focus on religious instruction as doctrine. Our co-op introduces children to basic Christian principles and values such as gratitude, kindness, respect, and awareness of God in a gentle and age-appropriate way. We honor each family’s role in guiding their child’s spiritual growth at home.

How often do you meet?

We currently meet twice per week from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Our schedule may continue expanding as our community grows and enrollment increases.

What type of curriculum do you use?

We use a combination of structured early childhood curriculum, hands-on learning, nature-based experiences, and age-appropriate educational activities designed to support holistic development.

What values guide your co-op?

Our co-op follows a traditional, family-oriented educational approach focused on respect, structure, collaboration, and the development of strong moral and emotional foundations in children

Do children need previous homeschooling experience?

No prior homeschooling experience is required. We welcome families who feel aligned with our values and learning philosophy.

Are classes bilingual?

Classes and readings are conducted primarily in English. Many of our families speak Spanish, and we have a strong Spanish-speaking presence within our community. However, families of all languages and backgrounds are welcome. While English is our main instructional language, we embrace and celebrate the multilingual environment that enriches our co-op.

How many children are in each group?

Each group works with an average of 12–15 children, with a maximum capacity of 20.

Who leads the classes?

Classes are guided by a teacher with support from the parents, following a structured plan and curriculum.

How can I enroll my child?

Enrollment information is shared each semester through our Facebook page and official communication channels.

What makes your co-op different from others?

We combine structured education, family involvement, traditional values, and intentional community-building — creating a space where children grow not only academically, but emotionally and socially.
